Optimizer
"Off-the-shelf software makes you bend your business to fit the tool. I build the tool around your business."
A fully custom internal operations platform — CRM, LMS, or niche workflow tool — built from scratch around your exact business process. Role-based access, custom analytics, web and desktop admin dashboard, up to 3 guaranteed revision rounds, and 2 months of free post-delivery maintenance. Your team runs your software. Not the other way around.
Fixed price confirmed in writing before work begins
50% upfront to begin. 50% on delivery before source code and production handover. Exact amounts confirmed in your scope document.
What Gets Built
Three primary system categories. Every engagement is a custom build within one of these — not a template, not a configuration of existing software. Your workflow, your rules, your data model.
Custom CRM
A Customer Relationship Management system built around your actual sales process — not Salesforce's idea of what your process should be. Lead tracking, pipeline stages, follow-up workflows, client history, and reporting configured exactly to how your team operates.
- Sales teams managing inbound leads
- Agencies tracking client relationships
- B2B businesses with long sales cycles
- Service businesses tracking recurring clients
Learning Management System (LMS)
A complete course delivery and student management platform. Video hosting, structured course modules, progress tracking, assessments and quizzes, certificate generation, and instructor dashboards — all under your brand, not a third-party platform's.
- Ed-tech startups
- Corporate training departments
- Coaching institutes and academies
- Professional certification bodies
Operations & Workflow Tool
A niche operational platform built around a specific business process that generic software can't handle. Order management, inventory workflows, booking and scheduling systems, field-service management, or any multi-step operational flow that currently runs on spreadsheets.
- Logistics and delivery operations
- Field-service and maintenance teams
- Manufacturing process management
- Healthcare appointment and records systems

Every Line Item
No vague scope. Every deliverable written into the project document before work begins. If it's not on this list, it's quoted separately.
Fully Custom Backend Architecture
A structured, scalable backend designed from scratch for your specific data model and workflow logic. No generic templates. Every entity, relationship, and business rule is architected before a line is written — then documented so your team can understand and extend it.
Web + Desktop Admin Dashboard
A comprehensive admin interface accessible via browser on any device. Role-based views mean your team lead sees what they need, your analyst sees what they need, and your client sees only what you've permitted. Clean, functional UI — not a generic CRUD panel.
CRM, LMS, or Niche Operational Module
The core module of your engagement — built precisely to the workflow brief you provide at kickoff. This is where the 8–10 day delivery is focused. No off-the-shelf module gets customised; the module is built to your spec from the ground up.
Role-Based Access Control
Multi-tier permission systems with defined roles (Admin, Manager, Operator, Viewer, Client — or whatever your org structure requires). Each role sees and can action only what its permissions allow. Audit logs track who did what and when.
Custom Analytics & Reporting
Dashboards and reports built around the metrics your business actually tracks — not a generic activity feed. Data visualisation, exportable reports (CSV, PDF), date-range filters, and the ability to answer the specific business questions you care about.
Up to 3 Major Revision Rounds
Three complete rounds of consolidated revisions are guaranteed — more than any other package. Enterprise workflows are complex; we expect iteration. Each round is addressed within 48–72 hours of receipt. Revisions cover scope adjustments, not new features.
2 Months Free Maintenance
60 days of post-delivery bug fixes and adjustments included. If something in the delivered scope breaks or behaves unexpectedly in production, it gets fixed — no additional charge. New feature requests after delivery are quoted separately.
Full Source Code & Documentation
Complete codebase transferred to your repository on final payment. Architecture documentation, API reference, deployment runbook, and role permission matrix all included. Your team or a future developer can understand and extend the system from day one.
Pricing — How the Range Is Determined

| Single-module CRM | Lead tracking + pipeline + basic reporting | ₹50,000 | Standard |
| LMS with course delivery | Video modules + student progress + basic assessments | ₹55,000–₹62,000 | Moderate |
| CRM + client portal | Internal CRM + external client-facing dashboard | ₹58,000–₹65,000 | Moderate |
| LMS + instructor dashboard + certificates | Full course platform with instructor management | ₹62,000–₹70,000 | Complex |
| Custom ops workflow tool | Multi-step operational flow replacing spreadsheets | ₹55,000–₹70,000 | Varies |
- →Additional user roles with unique views
- →Complex analytics dashboards or custom report exports
- →Multiple integrated third-party services
- →Client-facing portal (external user login)
- →Email/SMS automation pipelines
- →Single module with 2–3 user roles

- →No external client portal required
- →1–2 third-party integrations at most
- →Clear, complete brief at kickoff
After the discovery call, a fixed price within the ₹50,000–₹70,000 range is confirmed in writing in the scope document — before any work begins. That number does not change unless you add new scope items that are both agreed upon and priced in writing. No post-project surprise invoices. Ever.
2-Month Free Maintenance — What's Covered
60 days from production delivery. Included in both tiers at no additional cost.
Day by Day, 8–10 Days
Five phases from payment to production. The discovery phase is more thorough than any other package — because enterprise workflows require understanding your business before writing a line of code.
Discovery, Architecture & Scope Lock
50% payment received. A dedicated discovery session maps your current workflow — what exists, what's broken, what needs to be built. The data model is designed, roles are defined, and modules are scoped in writing. Architecture decision signed off before build begins.
Backend Foundation
Database schema implemented. Backend API structure established. Authentication and role-based access control built and tested. Core business logic for the primary module is written. Foundation that everything else attaches to.
Module Build & Dashboard
The core CRM, LMS, or operational module is built to the agreed spec. Admin dashboard UI implemented with role-filtered views. Analytics and reporting logic built into the data layer — not retrofitted. Internal testing against the workflow brief.
Integration, QA & Security
All third-party integrations connected and tested. Full QA pass: functional testing, cross-browser, role permission verification, data integrity checks. Security review against OWASP top 10. Edge cases tested against real workflow scenarios.
Staging, Revisions & Handover
Complete system deployed to staging. You and your team test against real workflows. Feedback consolidated in writing — up to 3 revision rounds. Final 50% payment received. Production deployment. Full source code, documentation, and credentials handed over. 60-day maintenance window begins.
Each round is a consolidated batch of feedback submitted in writing — not individual ad-hoc requests. Addressed within 48–72 hours. Covers workflow adjustments, permission changes, dashboard tweaks, and data logic corrections. New modules or features are quoted separately.
One primary point of contact throughout the engagement. Respond to clarifying questions within 1 business day. Provide access to existing tools or data samples needed for integration. Delays on client inputs push the delivery timeline proportionally.
Who This Is Built For
Agencies, institutes, and mid-sized enterprises whose operations have outgrown spreadsheets and generic software. If your team is held back by the tools, this is the fix.

What's Not Included — Full Transparency
Scope is specific and documented. Know exactly what you're buying.
The price is based on module complexity, number of distinct user roles, depth of analytics required, and third-party integrations needed. A single-module CRM with two roles and basic reporting is at the lower end. A full LMS with instructor dashboards, automated certificates, payment integration, and a student-facing portal is at the upper end. After the discovery call, a fixed price within this range is confirmed in writing before work begins — no ambiguity, no post-project surprises.
50% upfront before work begins, 50% on delivery of the staging environment — before production deployment and source code handover. For a ₹50,000 project: ₹25,000 upfront, ₹25,000 on delivery. For a ₹70,000 project: ₹35,000 upfront, ₹35,000 on delivery. The exact split is confirmed in the scope document.
Three complete rounds of consolidated feedback — submitted in writing as a single batch per round, not individual ad-hoc requests. Each round is addressed within 48–72 hours. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed scope: changing how a workflow works, adjusting dashboard layouts, modifying role permissions, correcting data logic. They do not cover new modules, new features, or direction changes that weren't in the original brief. Three rounds is more than enough for a well-briefed engagement.
Bugs and performance issues in the delivered scope — things that break or behave incorrectly in production that weren't caught in QA. Security patches for vulnerabilities in our code. Role permission issues from the original implementation. Deployment problems tied to the original infrastructure setup. It does not cover new features, new user roles not in the original brief, or issues caused by changes your team makes to the codebase after handover.
Yes. Client-facing portals with restricted views (e.g. a client sees only their project status, invoices, and documents) are a common addition to CRM builds. This is scoped as part of the discovery process — the role-based access control architecture supports any combination of internal and external user types. Mention client portal requirements clearly in the brief.
Data migration from legacy systems (Excel, old software, another database) is available as an add-on scoped at kickoff. It is not included in the base package. If you have existing data that needs to carry over, disclose the volume and format in your initial brief — we'll assess the complexity and include the migration cost in the scope document before work begins.
Next.js 16+ frontend with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. Node.js backend with REST API architecture. Supabase / PostgreSQL database. Deployed on Vercel or AWS depending on scale requirements. CI/CD pipeline configured for automated deployments. The stack is chosen for longevity and developer accessibility — any competent full-stack developer can read, extend, and maintain it after handover.
Yes — that's the point of an admin dashboard. User management (adding, deactivating, role assignment) is handled directly through the admin interface without touching code. For configuration changes that are deeper (new workflow stages, new analytics metrics), those are either in the admin UI already or quoted as new scope. The documentation explains what can be self-managed versus what requires a developer.
Email automation (triggered notifications, reminders, reports) via Resend or SendGrid is commonly included in the scope. SMS via Twilio or similar is available as an integration — the cost of the SMS service itself (per-message rates) is on your account, not ours. Mention notification requirements in the brief and they'll be scoped explicitly.
The codebase is fully yours. You can hire a developer to extend it using the provided documentation. For continued support or feature development from AdnanBuilds, that becomes a new engagement quoted at a transparent rate. Many enterprise clients opt for a quarterly feature sprint — a fixed-scope block of new features quoted per sprint. That conversation happens after delivery, not during.
