Founder's MVP
LaunchKit
Startup MVP · 2–3 week delivery
"A market-ready product that doesn't feel 'minimum.' Investor-presentable. User-ready. Scalable from day one."
A complete end-to-end startup MVP — frontend, backend, database, cloud deployment, and DevOps — built to production standards. Security-audited, load-tested, and handed off with a clean codebase your future CTO will thank you for. Not a prototype. Not a mockup. A real product, ready to show investors and put in front of users.
50% upfront before work begins. 50% on launch day before credentials are transferred. Scope is locked at discovery sign-off. No change orders.
What You Get
Every deliverable documented before work begins. The complete list — nothing implied, nothing assumed. What you see here is exactly what ships.
Frontend Application
A production-grade React / Next.js frontend — responsive across all devices, performance-optimised, and polished to investor-demo standard. Not a prototype. Not a Figma mock. A real, deployable product.
Backend + REST API
A fully structured backend in Node.js or Python (whichever fits the stack). Authentication, authorisation, core business logic, and all API endpoints built, documented, and tested. Production-ready from day one.
Database + Schema
PostgreSQL or Supabase relational schema — designed for your data model, with migrations, seed data, and indexing configured from the start. Built to scale, not just to ship.
Cloud Deployment + CI/CD
Full deployment to Cloudflare Workers (frontend & backend), D1 database, and R2 storage. GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline configured so every push is tested and deployed automatically. No manual deploys. No 'works on my machine' excuses.
QA, Security & Load Testing
Security audit, load testing under realistic traffic conditions, and a full UAT pass before handoff. Vulnerabilities identified and patched. Performance baselines established. What you launch has been stress-tested.
DevOps + Monitoring Setup
Error tracking (Sentry or equivalent), uptime monitoring, and structured logging configured out of the box. You'll know about problems before your users do.
Admin Dashboard
A basic internal dashboard giving you visibility into users, activity, and core metrics. Not a full BI suite — a clean, functional ops view so you can manage your product from day one.
Clean Codebase Handoff
Full source code transferred to your repository. Documented, structured, and written to a standard a future engineering hire can understand and build on. No proprietary lock-in. It's yours, entirely.
What's Not Included — Read Before You Book
Transparency over sales copy. Know exactly what you're buying.
If you need a native mobile app, ongoing engineering support, enterprise integrations, or full product studio engagement — the Unicorn Trajectory is the right conversation. For a single professional landing page with a 6-hour turnaround, see the Catalyst Launchpad (₹3,500). Not sure? Book a free 15-min call.
Day by Day
A structured 2–3 week build with defined phases, daily progress updates, and clear handoff criteria at every stage. Use the toggle to see how timelines shift between Standard and Expedited.
Discovery & Architecture
Payment clears and the full brief is received. We define the feature scope, data model, tech stack, and third-party integrations. An architecture document is produced and signed off before a single line of code is written. No ambiguity entering the build.
Design & Prototype
UI/UX wireframes and component designs are produced in Figma. Key screens — onboarding, core user flow, dashboard — are approved before development begins. Design decisions are documented so the codebase and design stay in sync.
Core Build
Full-stack development in parallel: frontend, backend, and database built concurrently against the signed-off spec. Daily progress updates shared via a shared channel (X DM, email, or WhatsApp — your preference). Staging environment live from day 5.
QA, Security & Load Testing
Full QA pass on all user flows. Security audit on authentication, data exposure, and API surface. Load testing under simulated traffic. UAT sign-off with you on staging before anything goes live. Issues found here are fixed here — not post-launch.
Launch & Handoff
Production deployment. Domain configured. Monitoring and error tracking live. Full codebase transferred to your repository with handoff documentation. All credentials and access handed over. You own everything — we walk you through every piece.
Daily progress updates via your preferred channel — X DM, email, or WhatsApp. A staging environment is live from Day 5 (Standard) or Day 3 (Expedited) so you can see the product taking shape in real time, not at a final reveal.
Scope is frozen at discovery sign-off (Day 0–2). Mid-build changes — new features, redesigns, third-party integrations not in the original brief — are not accommodated within the package. They become a separate quotation. Define your MVP in discovery. That's exactly what discovery is for.
Is This the Right Package?
The LaunchKit is built for founders who need a real product — not a prototype, not a landing page — in weeks, not months. If that's the conversation, you're in the right place.
If any of those apply, book a free 15-min call and we'll identify the right engagement.
Pricing — Everything on the Table
Two tiers, fixed pricing, no post-delivery invoices for out-of-scope surprises.
50% upfront · 50% on launch · scope locked at discovery
50% upfront · 50% on launch · ideal for demo day / investor deadlines
Cloud hosting, database, and third-party service costs after the initial deployment are your responsibility. Typical early-stage infrastructure costs: ₹1,500–₹6,000/month depending on traffic and stack. All credentials, infrastructure configs, and provider accounts are transferred to you at handoff — no lock-in.
Default Tech Stack
Chosen for production-readiness, hiring availability, and ecosystem maturity — not trend-chasing.
Stack deviations are accommodated where reasonable — discuss in discovery. Exotic or highly specialised stacks may affect timeline and will be flagged transparently before sign-off.
Common Questions
Specific to this package. For general questions about AdnanBuilds, see the full FAQ.
Standard (₹80,000) is a 3-week build. Expedited (₹1,20,000) is the same scope delivered in 2 weeks by front-loading resources and running build phases in tighter parallel. The deliverable is identical — the difference is bandwidth allocation and timeline compression. If you have a demo day, investor meeting, or launch deadline, Expedited is the lever.
50% upfront before work begins, 50% on launch day before credentials are transferred. The upfront payment locks the brief, confirms the timeline, and starts the clock. There is no milestone structure beyond these two points — scope is fixed at brief sign-off, and the 50% on delivery is non-negotiable.
The default stack is an NX Monorepo with Next.js 15 (frontend), Hono.js (backend), Drizzle ORM with Cloudflare D1 (database), and deployed to Cloudflare Workers with R2 storage (infrastructure). GitHub Actions handles CI/CD. TypeScript throughout. If you have specific stack requirements — a language your future hires know, an existing cloud provider — we'll discuss this in discovery. Deviations from the default stack are accommodated where reasonable; exotic or highly specialised stacks may affect timeline.
Completely fixed after the discovery sign-off (Day 0–2). Changes to scope mid-build are not accommodated within the package — they become a separate quotation. This is how we protect your timeline. Define your MVP correctly in discovery; that's exactly what the discovery phase is for.
An MVP feature is anything a real user needs to complete the primary value transaction of your product. For a marketplace: list, discover, transact. For a SaaS tool: sign up, configure, use the core feature, see a result. We'll be direct in discovery if your 'MVP' feature list is actually a v2 product. Scope trimming in discovery is part of the service, not a criticism.
Yes — that's a non-negotiable build standard, not an optional extra. The codebase is documented, structured for readability, and written so a mid-level engineer can onboard within a day. We've seen too many MVP shops deliver spaghetti that founders have to throw away six months later. That's not what this is.
The timeline runs from when payment clears AND a complete, signed-off brief is received. If we miss the delivery deadline through no fault on your side, you receive a partial refund scaled to the delay duration. This is documented in the Terms of Service. We've never triggered this clause — but it exists because accountability matters.
No. Native iOS and Android apps are not included. The frontend will be a responsive web application that functions correctly on mobile browsers. If you need native mobile apps, that's a separate engagement — the Unicorn Trajectory package is the appropriate conversation.
You do. 100%. Upon final payment, the entire codebase, all assets, all infrastructure configurations, and all credentials are transferred to accounts you own and control. There is no licence, no ongoing fee tied to usage, and no scenario in which we retain any rights over anything built for you. It is yours entirely.
Yes — that's the explicit standard. The product is built to investor-demo quality: real infrastructure, real performance, real security posture. Not a click-through prototype. Not a 'demo environment only.' Investors can poke at it, stress-test it, and ask your CTO to review the repo. It holds up.
