02Day 0–1

Architecture & Design

Tech stack confirmed, database schema designed, and high-fidelity wireframes produced for key screens — homepage, product listing, product detail, cart, checkout, and the mobile app's core navigation. Signed off before build begins.

03Day 1–4

Core Build

Website and mobile app built in parallel. Payment gateway integrated and tested in sandbox. Order management system built alongside the customer-facing product. Staging environment live by Day 3 — you can see it taking shape, not just hear about it.

04Day 4–6

Content, QA & Testing

At this price and a 7-day turnaround, the engagement is intensive and front-loaded. There's no milestone structure that makes a split payment logical at this scope. Payment confirms your brief is locked and the build begins immediately. The 2-month maintenance period that follows provides ongoing value — your money isn't spent on day one.

Yes — with a caveat. 'Production quality' means: real payment processing, real order management, real authentication, tested on real devices, deployed to real infrastructure. It does not mean a bespoke-from-scratch design system or 50 custom features. This is a template-based, highly customised build on proven architecture — fast precisely because we're not reinventing the wheel. The tech is real. The commerce works. The speed comes from execution discipline, not corner-cutting.

Razorpay is the supported gateway. It is strongly recommended for India-first businesses: UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets all work out of the box. If you have an existing gateway account, provide the API credentials in your brief and we'll configure against your account. Gateway account registration and KYC are your responsibility — they can't be done on your behalf.

App submission happens on Day 7 as scheduled. Review timelines are controlled entirely by Apple and Google — typically 1–3 business days for Google Play and 1–7 business days for the App Store. The 7-day deliverable covers submission and a live website. App store approval follows their schedule. If an app is rejected for compliance reasons post-submission, addressing the rejection is covered within the 2-month maintenance period.

Yes. Customer accounts, order history, contact details, and behaviour data live in your database on infrastructure you control. There is no intermediary platform extracting value from your customer relationships. This is the direct inversion of what Swiggy, Zomato, and similar aggregators do — they own the customer; you get a commission. With this platform, you own the customer; you keep the margin.

Bug fixes, payment gateway configuration issues, app store compliance updates, content changes (products, prices, images, text), minor UI adjustments, and uptime monitoring. It does not cover new features, redesigns, additional pages, or third-party integrations not in the original brief. Maintenance starts from the website launch date — not the app approval date.

Not within this package — Shiprocket, Dunzo, Delhivery, and similar integrations are not included. The order management system generates orders; fulfilment is your process. If you need logistics integration at build time, that's a scope addition quoted separately. It can also be added as a new engagement post-launch.

After 2 months, the site and app are yours to maintain. You hold all credentials, source code, and infrastructure access. Ongoing maintenance or feature development can be engaged as a new project.
